In partnership with our members establish and deliver a healthy, creative, cost-effective and nutritious food offer for all our members, 7 days per week, 365 evenings per year and 13 weeks of a holiday club. To consult with children and young people around the catering/ snack offer and menus.
To be responsible for the day to day running of the catering operation and services at Blackburn Youth Zone. Organise and complete weekly stock audits, stock rotation, and Stock replenishment to ensure the kitchen is able to produce the best quality food and snack offering.
