Take a Virtual TourDami joined OnSide in July 2019 and has worked in HR for 5 years for different organisations in the private sector from start-ups to more established companies. Her work was focused on leading and manging employee relation cases, recruitment, HR projects and working in partnership with Directors and Senior Management to align HR with the organisation.
Dami’s role as HR Advisor at OnSide, is split between supporting and providing HR advice to the Senior Management team at the Youth Zones, facilitating on HR initiatives, leading and supporting on HR projects and recruitment at OnSide. Dami is largely based in London, but is committed to supporting the network of Youth Zones across the country.
