As a recognised youth charity striving for Excellence in its field with a vision to provide the best opportunities for children and young people in Bolton, especially those most in need.
Bolton Lads & Girls Club is seeking to appoint a creative, dynamic and skilled multimedia worker to deliver a fantastic programme of developing their multimedia skills in amination, illustration, web-based designs, coding, photoshop, video production, gaming and social enterprises and much much more!
Applicants must be passionate about multimedia and teaching children and young people to develop their skills and interests in this area. They must be able to develop and deliver an exciting multimedia programme of activities aimed at young people aged 8 – 19 years at Bolton Lads and Girls Club to ensure young people receive a high-quality service. To oversee and deliver within the New Multimedia Suite, and associated activities and events.
To utilise Multimedia in the wider youth work agenda supporting and encouraging young people to express themselves, explore issues and facilitate personal development by developing their multimedia skills in animation, illustration, web-based designs, coding, photoshop, video production and gaming.
If you have:
– Excellent creativity
– Enjoy working with children and young people
– Excellent skills in delivering great programmes, verbal/written communication, organisation and time management;
– Experience of working with children and young people
– Able to work in a fast pace environment
– A ‘can do’, hands on attitude
– Young person centred
