As a recognised youth charity striving for Excellence in its field with a vision to provide the best opportunities for children and young people in Bolton, especially those most in need.

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is seeking to appoint a creative, dynamic and skilled music producer to deliver a fantastic programme of music creation, production, recording for our children and young people in our new purpose build music production suite.
Applicants must be passionate about music and teaching children and young people to develop their skills and interests in recording, production and engineering. They must be able to develop and deliver an exciting and engaging production programme of activities aimed at young people aged 8 – 19 years at Bolton Lads and Girls Club to ensure young people receive a high-quality service.

To oversee and deliver within the New Music production and recording suite, and associated activities and events. You must be able to utilise Music and production skills in the wider youth work agenda supporting and encouraging young people to express themselves, explore issues and facilitate personal development by developing their skills in music production, recording and engineering.

If you have:
– Excellent creativity
– Enjoy working with children and young people
– Excellent skills in delivering great programmes, verbal/written communication, organisation and time management;
– Experience of working with children and young people
– Able to work in a fast pace environment
– A ‘can do’, hands on attitude
– Young person centred
