Over 25 years at GSK, she had a wide range of roles including Chief of Staff to 2 CEOs, Integration Lead for major M&A and Head of Investor Relations. She led the development and embedding of GSK’s purpose, strategy and culture as the company demerged its Consumer business.
Sally studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge and is passionate about supporting access to education and opportunity. She established GSK’s £6m STEM mentoring partnership programme and its employee volunteering programme, was Chair of GSK’s UK Charitable Contributions Committee and Global Disability Council. Sally is a Governor of the Latymer Foundation and is married with 2 daughters.
