Take a Virtual TourThe steel frame of the building is now complete as Croydon’s young people move one step closer to setting foot inside this fantastic facility. Our contractors, Armfield Construction, are now at work installing walls, doors and staircases ahead of the cladding being fitted to the exterior of the building.
The progress is catching the eye of many passers by as the building towers over Selhurst, causing much excitement amongst the locals.
We also recently wrote to over 400 local residents and received some great feedback about what they think the Youth Zone will offer young people.
As the building takes shape, as does the Legacy Youth Zone team. Recruitment is well underway with the senior management team set to begin in the new year ahead of a host of other part and full-time workers and sessional staff.
