Manchester City and Sport Relief teamed up to create ‘Shoot for the Moon’, an exciting fundraising partnership helping young people reach their goals and OnSide is delighted to say that The Factory will benefit from this initiative.
The partnership will see City in the Community come together with the Youth Zone to run some exciting sessions at the Youth Zone and open up many opportunities for the young people of Manchester.
Factory members were in for a surprise when two of Manchester City’s star players came to the youth zone to join in with a few of the activities with the young people at the end of last season. Yaya and Kolo Toure showed off their skills at street cricket and also took part in a competition to decorate gingerbread men with icing.
