Take a Virtual TourAdam is a Chartered Surveyor and heads up the Property & Construction Team, the in-house developer function for OnSide’s new building projects. Adam’s background is predominately in client-side property development and construction project management and he understands what is needed to manage a team, get a major project designed and through the planning system and be successfully delivered on site. He brings his wealth of experience to OnSide through his 20+ years’ experience successfully working in both private practice consultancy and client-side development roles.
He has overseen the majority of OnSide’s development projects delivered to date (£77m) and has portfolio and budgetary responsibility for OnSide’s £80 million of capital projects being delivered over 2023-25 with grant funding through the Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s YIF funding programme, Towns Fund and a variety of other funding streams.
As well as the new building projects Adam has oversight of the Facilities Management function which provides property related advice and training to the existing Network of Youth Zone buildings.
Adam holds full chartered membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (C.Build E MCABE) and full membership of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM).
