Take a Virtual TourGeorgia has recently joined OnSide in the new role of Volunteer Development Manager. For the last 6 years Georgia has worked in the charity sector; most recently with the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and with a smaller health and homelessness charity. Georgia’s focus has been on improving their volunteering programmes in order to achieve their organisational goals.
At OnSide, Georgia is working with individual Youth Zones to build upon the volunteering programmes already in place. The aim of this project is to increase volunteer recruitment, retention, and satisfaction which in turn, will improve the experience we can provide for young people all over the country.
