Head Chef

The Head Chef is a pivotal role within The Dome Youth Zone, responsible for creating and delivering an exciting, high-quality food offer at one of Cheshire’s most ambitious new youth facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead the catering operation within a brand-new, state-of-the-art Youth Zone that will positively impact the lives of young people each year. More than managing a kitchen, you will create a vibrant social hub where young people can enjoy affordable, nutritious food, develop healthy habits and feel part of a welcoming, inclusive community.

Working within a purpose-built, modern facility, you will have the freedom to shape menus, influence the dining experience and build a catering service that reflects the diverse tastes and needs of our members. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional food, outstanding customer service and a safe, engaging environment.

As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, stock control, supplier relationships, budget management and team leadership. You’ll play a key role in supporting community events, fundraising activities and special occasions, ensuring food remains at the heart of the Youth Zone experience.
