OPENINGS MANAGER – BARNSLEY YOUTH ZONE (Internal Only)

About the Role

As we expand across the UK, we’re strengthening the team at Barnsley Youth Zone to support the critical pre- and post-opening phases. These periods involve intense work, decisions, and challenges requiring expert guidance.

Chief Executives and Youth Work Managers, early in their OnSide journey, face intense pressures and will rely on the Openings Manager for high-level support.

With the Base71 team already growing, this role will help it become fully operational and deliver an exceptional offer for young people.
