Croydon Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘Legacy’, will be a purpose-built facility for the borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities.
Legacy will also be London’s third OnSide Youth Zone and will be located in Whitehorse Road, Thornton Heath. A planning application for the Youth Zone was approved by Croydon Council in September 2017 and the Youth Zone will open officially in September 2019.
I'm excited about making Legacy as great and inspiring as possible for Croydon’s young people.
Chief Executive - Barnabas Shelbourne
